Nam Long Development Corporation ( NLDC) was founded in February 2007. Our office is located at Capital Tower, 6 Nguyen Khac Vien, District 7, Phu My Hung, HCM City. NLDC is a member of the Nam Long Group, which is a reputable real estate development company with over 17 years experience in Vietnam. NLDC, as the investment and management arm of the group, is proud of the pioneering work of Nam Long Group in developing property projects in Vietnam. As a continuation of that tradition, NLDC has expanded quickly and built a strong reputation in the industry in commercial real estate projects. NLDC’s first project, Capital Tower, is located in the Phu My Hung commercial areaand also serves as the group headquarters.
